This is for your existing listings. Change the text, images, categories, etc.
MINOR CHANGES: Go to the listing, hover over it and click on QUICK EDIT. The information below expands. Here, you can set a listing to DRAFT or PENDING REVIEW if they have not paid or lapsed. Then when they pay you can just republish it. Change the STATUS from the drop-down list and click UPDATE.
You can also change the date the listing was entered – I like to do this when someone has renewed – change the date to the current date or Jan 1 of the current year. You can also quickly add or change categories here.
If they have gone out of business entirely you can choose the TRASH option instead of QUICK EDIT when you hover over the listing.
